Job summary

Pioneer Your Insurance in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented data analytics professional to join our team. The role focuses on data analytics, reporting, and operations support, handling Micro HMO enrollment, claims, and related reports.

You will consolidate data from branches, build dashboards, and present insights to management. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools are preferred; relevant degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or other related courses.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Keen attention to detail and good with numbers.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Canva/PowerPoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and verify reports and data from different branches.
• Monitor and maintain Micro HMO data, including enrollment and claims.
• Analyze data and prepare accurate reports for management.
• Identify data discrepancies, trends, and key insights.
• Track report submissions and coordinate with different teams.
• Prepare presentations, charts, and dashboards for management.
• Maintain organized records and reporting documentation.
