Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience with advanced knowledge in Google Sheets/Slides, Data Extraction, MIS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience leading a team and people management.

Responsibilities

• Goal Setting & Planning: Defining clear, actionable goals and planning tasks to align with organizational strategies.
• Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitoring progress on daily tasks, reporting results to stakeholders, and evaluating team productivity.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Developing team members' skills through feedback, training, and support.
• Task Delegation & Resource Management: Distributing work based on strengths and ensuring the team has the necessary resources to succeed.
• Conflict Resolution & Communication: Mediating disputes and providing a clear, open, and constructive communication channel.
• Operational Management: Ensuring adherence to policies and maintaining productivity in day-to-day operations.
• Process Improvement Analytics: Design self-guided analytical reports to identify efficiency bottlenecks and drive optimization in data validation workflows.
• Individual Metric Analytics: Build, maintain, and evaluate individual KPI frameworks to pinpoint strengths and address development areas.
• Team Leadership & Empowerment: Guide and inspire the team, fostering an environment of innovation in performance management.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Leverage robust analytical skills to extract insights that elevate both individual and organizational performance.
