Job summary

General Motors seeks a Senior Analyst to help establish GM’s fulfillment center network for scalable operations. You will implement and validate business and system processes, manage data-related activities, and serve as the SME on GM policies and procedures.

This hybrid role on NIGHT SHIFT 8pm to 5am PH time requires reporting to the office three times per week and delivering accurate reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and KNIME to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of data analysis, processing, operations, contract administration, dealer/partner operations or project management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI dashboards, and managing data in enterprise systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Validate dealer and customer facing systems; identify root causes and alert teams.
• Identify data trends to drive systematic resolution and improvements.
• Develop standardized desk processes and program outcome reports using aggregated data.
• Define data collection processes to meet organizational reporting needs with program leadership.
• Create and maintain system and process documentation.
• Leverage analytics tools to produce leadership dashboards and communicate trends.
• Report data analysis findings to influence business decisions and prioritize IT needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
