MicroSourcing is hiring a Data & Operational Intelligence Analyst to join an onsite team in Clark, Angeles City, Pampanga. You will develop reports and dashboards, monitor operational data, and drive data-driven improvements to sales, profitability, and customer experience.

The role emphasizes Power BI dashboards, advanced Excel, and collaboration with ERP/CRM/POS data sources. Day shift, onsite, with opportunities for career growth and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a BI, data analytics, reporting, or operational analytics role.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Experience analyzing business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, POS, or similar data sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales, promotions, cost summaries, profitability, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Build and enhance dashboards that transform operational data into actionable insights for decisions.
• Monitor health and performance of the unattended retail network via dashboards and analytics tools.
• Investigate data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to vendors when needed.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements to boost performance and customer experience.

Your Role:

As a Data & Operational Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales performance, promotions, cost summaries, profitability, KPIs, and operational scorecards.
• Build and enhance dashboards that transform operational data into actionable business insights to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor the health and performance of the unattended retail network using operational dashboards and analytics tools.
• Monitor POS systems, payment terminals, and connected devices to identify outages, payment issues, and system anomalies.
• Perform first-level investigations and troubleshooting of operational and technical issues, resolving data discrepancies where possible.
• Escalate technical issues to internal teams or software vendors with clear documentation and track incidents through to resolution.
• Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements that enhance operational performance and customer experience.
• Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects by streamlining reporting processes and leveraging data-driven solutions.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 2-5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting Analyst, Business Analyst, or Operational Analytics role.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Experience analysing business data to identify trends, issues, and business opportunities.
• Experience working with multiple business systems such as ERP, CRM, POS, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience automating manual reporting processes to improve business efficiency.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to perform first-level troubleshooting of operational systems.
• Experience monitoring POS systems, payment terminals, or connected devices.
• Process improvement mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies to enhance reporting, analytics, and business processes.
