The Laguna Creamery Inc. is seeking a Dairy Finance and Accounting Head to lead the finance and accounting function for the dairy business. You will oversee financial reporting, planning, budgeting, compliance, and performance management to support growth.

As a strategic partner to operations and leadership, you will deliver financial insights, drive efficiency, manage cash flow and control costs, and mentor the Finance and Accounting team to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or related field; CPA preferred but not required.
• 8–10 years in finance and accounting with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing/dairy/FMCG is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and general accounting.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to deliver financial insights for decisions.
• Oversee cost management, inventory valuation, and cost optimization.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and authorities.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial resources.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs to support expansion and investments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team.
• Perform other duties to support objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and general accounting.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Drive financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee cost management initiatives, inventory valuation, and cost optimization across dairy operations.
• Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Lead audit activities and coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial resources to support business operations and growth.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs while supporting business expansion, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field. CPA designation is preferred but not required.
• At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including financial planning and analysis and accounting operations, with 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing, dairy, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, internal controls, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
