JTI is seeking a D&IT Investment Management & Performance Director (f/m/d) in Warsaw. You will establish a data-driven investment capability, enable leadership decision-making, and report on portfolio health and value realization across the CIO organization.

You will collaborate with the Technology Leadership Team, develop KPI scorecards, and benchmark against peers to improve technology productivity and strategic alignment.

D&IT Investment Management & Performance Director (f/m/d)

Why does this role exist

The role exists to establish and operate a data-driven technology investment management capability across D&IT (Digital & Information Technology). It enables CIO (Chief Information Officer) and D&IT leadership decision-making by providing insights on investment prioritization, portfolio and overall D&IT performance, value realization, capability funding, cost transparency and benchmarking, and technology productivity. The role acts as the analytical backbone of the Technology Leadership Team, ensuring investments align to strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes

What will you actually do

• . Evolve investment prioritization frameworks, moving toward a business capability-based investment model
• . Support the CIO , TLT (Technology Leadership Team) and governance forums with investment insights
• . Support annual planning and investment cycles, recommending investment trade-offs and resource allocation
• . Maintain portfolio-level investment visibility
• . Define, maintain and report on the overall D&IT strategy KPI (Key Performance Indicator)scorecard
• . Benchmark JTI against external peers
• . Prepare quarterly CIO investment reports on portfolio health, strategic alignment and value realized
• . Evolve and maintain D&IT value frameworks, benefit tracking and report value realization to the CIO and Technology leadership
• . Provide regular and ad-hoc analytical support for major CIO and TLT decisions, including AI investments, D&IT capability funding, business capability investments, strategic sourcing decisions, and organizational investment choices
• . Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager's request

Who are we looking for

• . University degree
• . At least 10 years of working experience in an international headquarters environment
• .Broad experience across different IT (Information Technology) departments
• . Experience in global IT strategy, architecture, IT financial and portfolio management and value engineering
• . Exposure to company senior-level management, including C/C-1 level
• . Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills
