Job summary

CyberOne is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee cybersecurity projects for clients in a managed services environment. You will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to deliver security monitoring, incident response, and compliance initiatives remotely.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, PMP/PRINCE2 preferred, and strong communication with SOC teams, Azure/Microsoft cloud projects, and security tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in managed services or cybersecurity.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of managed security services and cloud security solutions.
• Experience coordinating cybersecurity technologies deployments and integrations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for multiple client engagements in cybersecurity.
• Serve as primary client contact and set clear expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans aligned with requirements and best practices.
• Ensure delivery of SIEM, EDR, and other managed security services.
• Coordinate with SOC and technical teams for onboarding and integration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and compliance needs.
• Track scope, schedules, budgets and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations to meet client goals.
• Drive continuous improvement from lessons learned.
