Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an IT Assurance Associate to support technology assurance and consulting engagements in a hybrid role in Makati City.

The successful candidate will assist in evaluating IT controls, information security practices, cybersecurity governance, and business resilience while working closely with experienced consultants and project teams. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure quality deliverables and contribute to developing robust security policies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT assurance, IT audit, cybersecurity, or tech consulting.
• Strong understanding of IT controls and governance concepts.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing IT assurance and technology risk engagements.
• Perform IT control testing and documentation.
• Prepare workpapers and engagement reports.
• Support development of security policies, procedures, and governance documents.
• Participate in client meetings, walkthroughs, and interviews.
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
