Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seeks a Group Head for Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations to lead the design, implementation and ongoing operation of security controls across identities, networks, endpoints, and cloud services. You will drive resilience, governance, and continuous improvement within a central bank environment.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in cybersecurity programs, advanced degrees, and a track record of delivering secure, compliant technology solutions

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 11 years IT/cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 8 years in cybersecurity protection technologies.
• 5+ years in senior leadership of security programs/teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Leads the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of BSP's cybersecurity technologies and security controls, ensuring secure, resilient, and future-ready protection of identities, networks, endpoints, cloud services, applications, and data assets

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE); Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or any related field is an advantage

Experience: At least 11 years experience in IT or cybersecurity, with a minimum of 8 years in cybersecurity protection technologies covering data, network, endpoint, and identity security; At least 5 years experience in a senior leadership role managing cybersecurity protection programs, platforms, or security technology teams is an advantage

Training: 40 hours of training in IT service management or general management or project management; AND 40 hours of training in systems design and development OR Information and Communications Technology (ICT) trends and technology taken during the last 2 years; AND 120 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention

Eligibility: Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility

Areas of Experience:

• Cybersecurity engineering and operations (e.g. data security, network security, endpoint protection, AI and cloud security, etc.)


• Security technology lifecycle management (capability planning, solution evaluation, architecture, compliance and technology sustainment)


• Security infrastructure components (firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, SASE, EDR/XDR, PAM, and cloud security platforms

Certifications

Must hold at least one of the following:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional


• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)


• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

Any of the following certifications is an advantage:

• MS Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)


• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader


• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
