Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, Accountancy, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 60 hours of relevant training and 8 hours of cybersecurity training in the last 2 years.
• Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility.
• Resilience planning: cyber resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery planning.
• Preparedness and recovery: cyber exercises, backup, restoration capabilities.
• Crisis and risk management: crisis playbooks, cyber risk and impact assessments.
• Standards and improvement: alignment with recognized standards and continuous resilience improvement.
• Certifications advantageous: CISM, CISSP, or other risk/compliance certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthens cyber resilience programs, exercises, and recovery capabilities to improve BSP readiness against cybersecurity incidents and disruptions.

Training: At least 60 hours of relevant training/learning and development intervention taken within the last 5 years in any of the areas mentioned under areas of experience, and 8 hours of cybersecurity-related training for the last 2 years

Areas of Experience:

• Resilience planning: develops and tests cyber resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans
• Preparedness and recovery: leads cyber exercises and validates recovery, backup, and restoration capabilities
• Crisis and risk management: develops crisis playbooks and conducts cyber risk and impact assessments
• Standards and improvement: aligns with recognized standards and drives continuous resilience improvement

Certifications

Any of the following certifications is an advantage:

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• Other risk compliance-related certifications
