Job summary

FIS in Manila is seeking a Windows Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) specialist to join the Authorization Services - Windows (ASW) team. You will help govern Windows access across a large global enterprise and support adoption of modern access management solutions.

The role offers a hybrid work model (three days in-office, two days virtual) with a midshift. Requires 3–5 years in cybersecurity/IAM/PAM or Windows administration and strong troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3–5 years in cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or Windows administration.
• Experience with Windows OS, file shares, and account management concepts.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and decommission user and service accounts on Windows platforms.
• Review and fulfill access requests per security policies and SLAs.
• Administer Windows and StrongDM identity and access management solutions.
• Investigate and resolve access-related incidents and authentication issues.
• Perform access reviews, compliance validations, and audit support.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation via scripting.

About the Team

The team is responsible for managing access to Windows systems across production and non-production environments. We support user account management, service account lifecycle management, privileged access, and access governance. Our team administers and supports technologies such as Windows Access Management, Windows Access Control and StrongDM controls. We work closely with global cybersecurity, infrastructure, application support, and audit teams. The role will collaborate primarily with the offshore Manila-based team while supporting stakeholders across multiple regions.

About the Role

Join the Authorization Services - Windows (ASW) team and support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Support the administration and governance of Windows access across a large global enterprise environment. Help drive the migration and adoption of modern access management solutions, including Windows and StrongDM. Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and support teams to ensure secure and compliant access to critical systems. Contribute to audit, compliance, and security control activities while delivering excellent customer support.

What You Will Be Doing

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Windows administration.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, file sharesand account management concepts.
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Added Bonus Scripting in PowerShell, SQL and/or C++
