Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Business Analyst to join the remote BI & Analytics team in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will transform CX data into actionable insights and empower decision-making across customer experience strategies.

You’ll develop reports, dashboards, and narratives that drive measurable improvements, collaborating with CX leaders and the broader BI function to anticipate data needs and deliver proactive solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Zendesk Analytics, Talkdesk Explore.
• Familiarity with CX technology platforms and customer journey analytics like Zendesk and Talkdesk.
• Strong knowledge of CX processes, workflows and operational metrics.
• Hands-on experience interpreting customer data across multiple channels.
• Ability to craft clear, actionable data presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CX data to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations that highlight actionable takeaways.
• Present insights to CX leaders and stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with the BI team to ensure data needs are met proactively.
• Identify data gaps and propose solutions before requests arise.
