Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a CX AI Service Delivery Manager to lead Forward Deployed Squads delivering digital CX innovations. You will partner with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, researchers, and designers to ideate, discover, build, and implement CX operations solutions for key accounts.

Own the POC-to-Pilot lifecycle, drive measurable outcomes, and coordinate with CX Operations leadership, TELUS Digital program teams, and executives. Travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development or client services as PM/PO/Team Lead/Scrum Master.
• Experience leading custom software development projects from discovery through UX design to deployment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with executives and clients.
• Ability to address technical/process issues between systems (APIs, bugs, etc.).
• Proven ability to mentor other product, development, design, and testing teams.
• Experience driving AI transformation and digital innovation in CX.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary squads—Solution Architects, Engineers, Researchers, Designers—to deliver CX operations digital solutions.
• Collaborate with CX Operations leadership and TELUS Digital program leadership to align initiatives.
• Own the POC-to-Pilot lifecycle with focus on scalable, measurable outcomes.
• Drive decisions on scope, design, and architecture in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Translate leadership asks into actionable plans for squads without waiting for full scope.
• Engage with clients, manage project scope, and maintain weekly reporting.
