Job summary

TELUS Digital seeks a Manager, Delivery within the CXAI practice to lead Forward Deployed Squads targeting CX Operations across key accounts. You will partner with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, and Designers to ideate, discover, build, and implement digital innovation solutions.

You will own the POC-to-Pilot lifecycle, drive value through measurable outcomes, and collaborate with TELUS Digital program leadership to align on initiatives. Travel ~10% annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading software projects in a client services business.
• Experience leading Fortune 500 custom software projects from discovery through deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex scope with multiple external stakeholders.
• A technical problem-solver who communicates architectural or process issues clearly.
• Excellent workshops and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Experience mentoring other product, dev, design, and testing teams.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving AI-led transformations.
• Ability to translate open-ended asks into actionable squad plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary squads—Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Researchers, Designers—to deliver CX Operations digital solutions.
• Collaborate with CX Operations leadership and TELUS Digital program leadership for alignment.
• Own the POC-to-Pilot lifecycle and identify scalable solutions within accounts or across CX clients.
• Ensure squads focus on measurable outcomes and track metrics and scaling opportunities.
• Drive decision-making across scope, design, and integration challenges with clients.
