Offshore Business Processing in Pasig (Ortigas/Cubao area) is seeking a data entry specialist with import/export experience. You will compile and enter data, prepare customs documents, and support KPI achievement in a fast-paced team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or higher, 1–2 years in freight forwarding or logistics, 50 WPM, and strong English. MS Office and CargoWise One knowledge are advantages.

This role offers an HMO from day 1 and opportunities for travel and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, Professional License or equivalent
• 1–2 years in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics
• Import/export shipment data entry experience
• 50 WPM typing and detail orientation
• Proficient in MS Office and high computer literacy
• Knowledge of CargoWise One is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Compile and enter data from source documents into computer database, files, and forms.
• Prepare and review customs documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Handle customs and quarantine documents (HBL, PKL, CIV, PKD, COO).
• Research required information using available resources.
• Provide customers with product and service information to high quality standard.
• Attend client calls and meetings as necessary.
• Meet assigned KPIs and deadlines.
• Adhere to data integrity and security policies.
