Job summary

Coupa Software Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Customer Value Manager to nurture customer relationships and drive value realization across the Coupa platform.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, helping them achieve business objectives through adoption and expansion of Coupa solutions. You will work with customer teams to implement success strategies, communicate updates, and support renewal preparation while coordinating with internal Coupa resources to ensure ongoing value

Qualifications

• P2P or S2C domain experience and track record in customer success.
• Experience communicating with executives and managing expectations.
• Background in software/SaaS solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and ensure value realization.
• Lead customer value workshops and support value measurement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain customer value roadmaps and renewal efforts.
• Monitor product adoption and coordinate with internal teams.
