Job summary

Lomography Manila is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our local team in Makati. You will help manage reporting tasks, assist with customer support, file cases, and oversee day-to-day order processing and pre-order processing.

You will collaborate with our Online team and other departments to support local and international operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 1–2 years in ecommerce or customer support, strong MS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail or customer support.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite, especially spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer support teams and resolve issues in online listings or transactions.
• Handle customer concerns, file cases to our QC tool, and file case evidences
• Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of the Lomography Online Shop.
• Order Processing & Pre-Order processing incl communication with customers
• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as needed.

As the Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing reporting tasks, assisting with customer support,filing customer cases, ensuring seamless day-to-day order processing and pre-order processing, and assisting with warehouse communications. You’ll work closely with our Online team and other departments in our local, regional and international team to support both our local and international operations.
