Job summary

Lomography is seeking a Digital Asset & Content Production Specialist to organize and maintain our visual asset library at our Makati office. You will support cross-team content creation and ensure assets comply with copyright rules.

You will collaborate with the magazine and community teams, ensuring assets are accessible, well-cataloged, and up-to-date. Fresh graduates welcome; onsite, full-time role with potential part-time options.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Onsite, full-time work 40 hours/week.
• Experience with digital asset management or related systems.
• Experience in content production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a comprehensive visual assets management system.
• Oversee categorization, naming, and filesize of assets.
• Serve as contact for questions and training on assets and copyright use.
• Collaborate with teams to identify new asset needs.
• Ensure proper copyright releases and usage rights.
• Report non-copyright compliant images.
• Update the asset catalog with latest items.
• Research and write articles on photography, art and pop culture.
• Support the community manager with multimedia content production and editing.
• Create and maintain product presentation decks.
• Participate in brainstorms with Magazine and Community teams.
• Create engaging content with a consistent tone of voice.
