Ideal candidates will have over a year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately. The position requires on-site work with a focus on maintaining clear logs of customer interactions.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or online chat handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Facebook and mobile messaging tools.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams.
• Highly organized and accurate in recording conversations and follow-ups.
• Can work under shifting schedules and occasional weekend shifts.
• Willing to take on urgent tasks when assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via Facebook Group Chats, SMS, and Mobile Calls.
• Maintain a positive tone in all communications.
• Coordinate with the E-Commerce team for order readiness and stock confirmation.
• Log all client interactions in Google Sheets.
• Endorse unresolved concerns to the next CSR shift.
