Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Customer Support with Bookkeeping role on-site in Makati City.

The position handles customer inquiries, performs basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and account reconciliation, and ensures accurate ledgers while delivering excellent client service. The ideal candidate holds a Bookkeeping NC III certification (recently earned or within 2 years) or has no experience requirement, and must reside in Makati or nearby areas.

Qualifications

• With Bookkeeping NC III Certification achieved recently or within the past 2 years.
• With or without experience
• Able to commute to or is a resident of Makati or nearby areas
• With Social Media skills Of good character and suitable communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain records.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide troubleshooting assistance.
