Job summary

Teamswell is seeking a Customer Support Representative/Accounting Support to assist US clients with inquiries, billing questions, and simple accounting tasks. You will manage chat interactions, resolve issues, and process orders while ensuring accuracy and a positive guest experience.

The role requires clear written and spoken English, familiarity with billing or invoicing, and comfort with standard office software.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer support, help desk, or client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with chat support tools and standard office/spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the online chat support system to assist customers with inquiries and issues.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
• Escalate complex help desk tickets to the internal team for further resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding guest needs and offering effective solutions.
• Keep track of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Process guest billing questions, minor invoice corrections, and payment disputes.
• Assist with basic recordkeeping tasks, such as logging refunds, cancellations, and payment adjustments accurately.
• Flag any billing discrepancies or unusual charges to the accounting team for review.
