Job summary

Traba is a Philippines-based staffing platform seeking a Business Support Specialist to empower businesses and workers on our growing marketplace. You will deliver rapid support for time-sensitive workforce issues, optimize daily operations, and help shape a new support function.

Qualifications

1+ years of professional experience in customer success, business support, or similar roles in a fast-growing company.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with swift execution.
Proactive problem-solving and ownership mentality in all tasks.
Enthusiastic attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver rapid, high-touch support to businesses on time-sensitive workforce issues.
Monitor and optimize daily operations, scheduling and shift management.
Empower customers and workers by providing solutions aligned with their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and develop SOPs.
Resolve standard customer requests (about 80%) and escalate complex cases with Biz Ops.
Utilize internal systems to monitor requests and help users navigate the platform.
Support rotating shifts to ensure 24x7 coverage as the team scales.
