Job summary

Smartly is hiring a Project Manager in the Philippines to drive end-to-end digital campaigns from briefing through optimization. You will coordinate with Production, CSMs, and other teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

The role requires 3+ years in digital advertising project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global-shift environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in digital advertising.
• Strong communication skills for navigating complex stakeholder conversations.
• Ability to create realistic project timelines aligned with SLAs and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end campaign delivery process, from briefing and production to QA, launch, and reporting/optimization.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization across projects.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams including Production, CSMS, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities follow best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Manage timelines and turnaround times (TAT), proactively flagging risks or delays to CSMs.
• Lead communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project delivery.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all creative outputs meet standards prior to final delivery.
• Partner with CSMs to build campaign structures (e.g., decision trees) and ensure alignment between media and creative strategies.
• Facilitate and establish efficient workflows and procedures.
• Validate that proposed creative strategies are feasible and delivered efficiently.
• Contribute to ideation using industry and platform knowledge.
• Support ongoing campaign optimization based on performance insights.
