Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in Makati, Philippines, is looking for a data-driven SAP Master Data / Order Entry Associate. You will validate, cleanse, and upload master data for SAP sales area standardization and conduct UAT to ensure accurate order entry processes.

You will join a project-based, year-long role with a hybrid work setup, reporting locally. Strong Excel and SAP order-entry knowledge are required, with excellent English communication and customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with SAP Order Entry and data validation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Support master data preparation and harmonization for SAP sales area standardization.
• Perform testing and UAT to ensure accurate order entry processes.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support during transition to new SAP sales area structure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation and OCR adjustments related to sales area changes.
• Contribute to Project 51 for standardized customer service operating model across regions.

Job description

What you´ll do

• Support master data preparation and harmonization activities, including data validation, cleansing, uploads, and cutover readiness for SAP sales area standardization
• Perform testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate order entry processes and master data functionality prior to deployment
• Provide go-live and hypercare support, assisting with issue resolution and stabilization during the transition to the new SAP sales area structure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automation and OCR process adjustments resulting from changes in sales area determination logic and master data structures
• Contribute to Project 51, a global SAP harmonization initiative, by helping drive a standardized and efficient customer service operating model across regions

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in handling SAP Order Entry Process Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in order entry is required
• Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed
• Amenable to work for a year (project based), day-shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
