Henkel in Ayala Avenue, Makati, seeks a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist (Order Entry) to support SAP harmonization in Project 51, ensuring accurate order entry and clean master data during a global transformation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years SAP Order Entry experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English; Thai language proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP Order Entry experience.
• Detail oriented and customer-focused.
• Proficient in English; Thai language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support master data preparation and harmonization activities, including data validation, cleansing, uploads, and cutover readiness for SAP sales area standardization.
• Perform testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate order entry processes and master data functionality prior to deployment.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support, assisting with issue resolution and stabilization during the transition to the new SAP sales area structure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automation and OCR process adjustments resulting from changes in sales area determination logic and master data structures.
• Contribute to Project 51, a global SAP harmonization initiative, by helping drive a standardized and efficient customer service operating model across regions.
