Job summary

Career haven ph is looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping customers and ready to grow in the fast-paced Fintech/Banking industry. Ideal candidates have Fintech or Banking customer service experience, 6 months to 1 year in a BPO, and Mettl CEFR B2 proficiency; open to Voice or Non-Voice roles and night shifts.
