Job summary

Concentrix is hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple sites across Metro Manila. Roles require good communication and customer service skills with preference for BPO experience. Candidates must be willing to work onsite at selected locations such as Alabang, Bridgetowne, Cubao, and more.

1. Alabang

• At least 6 months of GDS experience.
• GDS experience must be indicated in the CV.
• HS/SHS Graduate.

2. Bridgetowne

• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• HS/SHS Graduate.

3. Cubao

• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• At least 6 months of Sales and/or Technical experience.
• HS Graduate.

4. Vertis North

• HS/SHS Graduate.
• EXPRO 2–5.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.

5. Diliman

• HS/SHS Graduate.
• At least 3 months of BPO experience.
• EXPRO 1.

6. Eton

• EXPRO 3–5.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience.

7. Makati

• Open to HS, SHS, and College Graduates.
