Gratitude Philippines is hiring Customer Service Associates for multiple Metro Manila locations. All roles are 100% onsite and cover voice, non-voice, blended chat, travel-related, sales, and technical support accounts.

You will handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues while meeting quality and productivity targets. Applicants must meet the location-specific requirements and be willing to work shifting schedules.

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Associates across multiple Metro Manila locations.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and delivering excellent service. Opportunities are available in voice, non-voice, blended chat, travel-related, sales, and technical support accounts.

Applicants must meet the specific educational and work experience requirements of their preferred location.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, or other assigned communication channels.

Location-Specific Qualifications

1. Alabang

• High School / Senior High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 6 months of GDS (Global Distribution System) experience is mandatory.
• GDS experience must be clearly indicated in the candidate's CV.
• Willing to work night shifts and shifting schedules.

Salary Package: Up to ₱37,000 (Basic Salary + Allowances).

2. Bridgetowne

• High School / Senior High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.

Salary Package: Up to ₱33,000.

3. Cubao

• High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience.
• At least 6 months of Sales and/or Technical Support experience.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.

4. Vertis North

• High School / Senior High School Graduate.
• EXPRO 2-5 eligibility.
• Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience.

Salary Package: Up to ₱25,500.

5. Diliman

• High School / Senior High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 3 months of BPO experience.
• EXPRO 1 eligibility.

6. Eton

• High School / Senior High School Graduate.
• EXPRO 3-5 eligibility.
• Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience.

Salary Package: Up to ₱29,000.

7. Makati

• Open to all educational levels: High School, Senior High School, and College Graduates.
• Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Maximum Salary Package: ₱28,000.

8. San Lazaro

• Open to High School, Senior High School, and College Graduates.
• Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.

Salary Package: ₱22,000 - ₱25,500.

9. Taguig

Two account opportunities are available:

A. Non-Voice Account

• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience.
• Good written communication and typing skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns through non-voice channels.

Salary Package: Up to ₱23,500.

B. Blended Chat Account

• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage chat interactions and customer concerns effectively.

Salary Package: Up to ₱27,000.

General Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts where applicable.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite.
• Must meet the educational and BPO experience requirements for the selected location.
