Requirements

• Financial Domain Expertise: At least 2 years of solid experience in a financial-related role. This can be met through:
  • Direct experience handling a Financial Account in a customer service setting.
  • Previous roles in billing, banking, lending, or bookkeeping.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating financial software and CRM tools.
• Educational attainment (Graduate of any 4 year Course).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain technical financial terms simply.
