ORICA SINGAPORE PTE LTD- Philippines Branch in Pasig is seeking an on-site CSR- Account Coordinator to manage a portfolio of customers by placing orders, resolving issues, and meeting demand from internal and external customers.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting, experience with billing and AR processes, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP; strong communication and stakeholder management needed.

The successful candidate will be onsite Monday-Friday to manage and maintain a portfolio of customers by placing orders, resolving issues, and meeting the demand from both internal and external customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in billing, invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting/ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills, with excellent communication and attention to detail.
Experience in event coordination is an advantage; able to start immediately or within short notice.
