Our Customer Service team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for addressing and facilitating all customer inquiries, requests, or complaints through the designated skill set and assigned channels. You will play a crucial role in fulfilling transactions and resolving concerns within established productivity and quality standards.
