TASK AGENCIES INC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team in Davao City. This full-time role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls while delivering excellent service to customers.

The position emphasizes resolving inquiries, logging interactions, and achieving performance metrics. On-going training and development are provided to support growth within the company.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven customer service experience in a call centre or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and meet performance metrics consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing enquiries and requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
• Log customer interactions and feedback into the system with accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating to supervisors when needed.
• Process customer orders, payments and account updates accurately and securely.
• Follow company scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality standards.
• Achieve and maintain performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
