Amazon Philippines is hiring a Customer Service Associate (Regular/ Permanent) to be the first point of contact for North America and UK customers. You will handle phone, chat, and email inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers toward solutions while using a range of tools to research and resolve requests.
The role requires rotating, shift-based hours totaling around 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

You’ll be the first point of contact for North America and United Kingdom (UK) markets or customers, answering requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your responsibilities include preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting customers. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
This role requires variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work on shifting schedules; your work week is a minimum of 40 hours. All throughout your shift, you are expected to receive calls and assist customers. We schedule based on a variety of shift patterns from Sunday to Monday. The schedule is not fixed; we work on shifting, rotating, and mostly graveyard schedules. You will receive your work schedule at least four weeks in advance and may change every four weeks. You may be required to work national holidays, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate. In peak periods your shift may be more demanding.
