Job summary

Team Up Now Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our remote team based in the Philippines. You will respond to customer enquiries via Richpanel across email, live chat and social channels, while maintaining a warm, helpful tone.

This full-time role follows AEST hours, so you will cover the schedule accordingly and work from home. You will process order amendments, exchanges, warranties, refunds and store credits in line with company policies.

• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work remotely.

• Manage an assigned ticket queue efficiently with accurate records, correct tags and internal notes, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Stay across new product launches, promotions and policies, and flag recurring customer feedback and trends to the Customer Service Lead.
