Manpower (Philippines) is seeking a CRM Analytics Developer to design and implement CRM analytics within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on data modeling, ETL, and reporting. The role is based at McKinley West, Taguig, with a flexible mid-shift work setup.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience and familiarity with Salesforce Analytics or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, and can translate business needs into robust analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Analytics or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting architecture.
• Familiarity with CRM Analytics features and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, and maintain the client's CRM Analytics Platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on CRM Analytics Platform capabilities and solutions.
• Analyze datasets and create meaningful prototypes to support business needs.
• Integrate CRM Analytics solutions within the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and support regular audits.
