Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) is seeking a Security Manager to oversee Customer Relations Service personnel and branch security. You will develop strategies, implement security protocols, and ensure effective loss prevention across the store in Cavite City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include incident response (excluding sales issues), investigations, emergency program leadership, CCTV operations, and analyzing incident trends to prevent disruptions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years managerial experience in Security Management in any field
• Knowledge in latest trend in Guard Force Management, Loss Prevention & Physical Security

Responsibilities

• Respond to all kinds of incident except for sales-related issues
• Conduct investigations, execute loss prevention measures, and propose interventions to minimize losses and disruptions
• Lead emergency management program and collaborate with the Office of the Branch Management, Managers and external counterparts
• Direct CCTV and alarm system utilization and address defects or non-functionality promptly
• Assess local incident trends and suggest interventions for potential disruptions
