Texas Instruments is seeking an energetic, service minded engineer to provide quality-assurance support to customers, service teams, and production operations to ensure TI products meet customer and division quality requirements while maintaining production flow.

The role drives quality improvement toward zero defects, supports process improvement, and leads root-cause analyses with robust corrective/preventive actions. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills with exceptional customer interface.
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Driving alignment within business units to meet quality requirements for products, processes and services.
• Acting as the primary quality representative for customer returns and customer communication for quality related issues.
• Being the Team Leader for a multi-discipline team to solve customer issues.
• Identifying systematic issues and driving continuous improvement across the processes.
• Ensuring compliance and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions identified.
• Balancing customer satisfaction indices, customer quality indices and internal quality indices.
• Some domestic or international travel may be required to support customer engagements.
