Job summary

Helpware is seeking a Commercial Content Lead to translate customer evidence into compelling, reusable content that demonstrates outcomes and business value. You will collaborate with Operations, Solutions, Sales, and other SMEs to uncover practices, validate results, and craft narratives across stories, case studies, data sheets, and solution pages.

You will lead writing initiatives, manage multiple content streams, and contribute to a growing library of commercial assets to support proposals,

Qualifications

• Strong experience in B2B commercial writing and case-study development.
• Excellent interviewing skills and confidence working with senior SMEs.
• Ability to translate complex topics into buyer value and outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple content workstreams with stakeholders.
• Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, or GTM teams is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Build our customer-story engine and strengthen the evidence bank.
• Interview Operations leaders, account teams, and SMEs to uncover challenges and outcomes.
• Turn proof into persuasive content across case studies, use cases, and data sheets.
• Translate solutions into buyer-facing propositions and offering pages.
• Develop the commercial content library and support priority offerings.
• Ensure accuracy, substantiation, and credible narratives for market.
• Collaborate with Editorial and Bid Management to publish assets.
• Maintain consistency across formats from long stories to quick data sheets.
