Deployed in Pasig, Philippines seeks a detail-oriented professional to support AML-CFT compliance and onboarding processes. You will manage records, process KiwiSaver transactions, and escalate exceptions as needed, working within regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support onboarding processes including management of account exceptions.
• Administer AML-CFT procedures, including daily processing of unmatched deposits and PEP checks.
• Process KiwiSaver transfers within regulated timeframes.
• Process KiwiSaver withdrawals and related compliance checks.
• Ensure documentation and reporting for AML-CFT, KiwiSaver and operational processes is completed accurately and on time.
