Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking an organized and diligent administrator to support AML-CFT compliance, onboarding, and financial processing tasks.

This on-site role requires attention to regulatory details and reliable record-keeping to ensure timely, accurate processing of deposits, KiwiSaver transfers, and related reporting. The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, initiative, and a commitment to adherence with regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience with AML-CFT procedures and/or financial services operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support the onboarding process, including management of account exceptions (e.g. children’s accounts).
• Administer AML-CFT procedures, including daily processing of unmatched deposits, completing PEP checks, and escalating exceptions to the Team Leader as required.
• Process KiwiSaver transfers within regulated timeframes.
• Process KiwiSaver withdrawals and related compliance checks.
• Ensure documentation and reporting for AML-CFT, KiwiSaver and operational processes is completed accurately and on time.
