Your role and responsibilities

As Customer Master Data Practitioner Role, you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:

• Create, update, and manage customer records such as names, addresses, billing profiles, and tax details in systems like SAP, AS400

• Validate data for errors or duplicates to keep database records clean and consistent

• Handle incoming requests from sales regarding on new account creation and/or existing customer account changes in a timely manner

• Collaborate with different teams to fix data issues and support smooth order to cash operations

• Follow data governance rules/policies and help improve data tracking and reporting methods

Required technical and professional expertise

• Graduates of Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business related courses

• Basic understanding or working knowledge of general finance and various finance concepts and principles.

• Basic knowledge or Beginner level in Excel.

• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to follow and complete straightforward, stand‑alone tasks within detailed instructions and predefined procedures.

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines

• Willing to be assigned in Naga City, Cam. Sur

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Less than 1 year work experience in Finance and Accounting.

• Knowledge of SAP or AS400 ERP is an advantage.

• Experience in Customer Service/AR support or handling customer inquiries is an advantage.

• Similar work experience of at least one year especially in a BPO or similar fast‑paced setting.
