Job summary

LEGO Group in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Planner to ensure the right products reach the right customers at the right time. You will focus on joint planning, inventory management and business analysis for department stores.

This role collaborates with account managers, forecasts demand, and tracks KPIs to optimize inventory flow and service levels. The hybrid work model is offered in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in demand planning or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and forecasting ability.
• Proficiency with SAP, Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Joint customer planning and inventory management for department stores.
• Develop yearly customer plans with account managers and customers.
• Tailored demand forecasting to ensure product availability.
• Track KPIs on sales, inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to streamline department store operations.
