Job summary

Boundless Immigration is seeking a Communications Specialist to join our Customer Success and Marketing team. You will craft internal and customer-facing content such as manuals, DIY guides, templates, and training materials, while maintaining brand voice across Boundless and RapidVisa.

You’ll distill complex information into clear, user-friendly copy, support cross-functional content initiatives, and work with teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of content or technical writing experience.
• Experience with customer service or enablement is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Email marketing campaign experience with internal partners.
• Knowledge of EMS systems like Salesforce CRM/MCE.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to improve content and communications.
• Own customer-facing communications and maintain email campaigns.
• Support a voice-of-the-customer program for feedback in communications.
• Monitor reputation, reviews, complaints, and escalations daily/monthly.
• Drive email campaigns to boost customer knowledge and engagement.
• Create internal resources like phone scripts and canned responses.
• Deliver DIY manuals and guides for customers.
• Ensure content governance aligns with brand voice and standards.
