Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a motivated Customer Expert to handle outbound calls, understand travel needs, and promote cruise packages with competitive pricing.

You will guide customers through booking, assist with cabin upgrades, maintain records, and nurture relationships to encourage repeat travel, all while working on-site in Metro Manila. The role offers incentives and growth opportunities, with HMO coverage as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School.
• At least 6 months of outbound sales experience (BPO, Real Estate, Car sales).
• Amenable to work on-site.
