• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivered to customers.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using tools.
• Listen to customers with empathy and build rapport.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare accurate work and document accounts as required.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
