Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service orientation and courteous demeanor.
• Solid computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

• Patient and professional in all customer interactions.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service meets KPIs and contractual targets.
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Listen to customer concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport.
• Greet customers courteously using procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate case notes.
• Participate in activities to improve satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products/services when appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking systems.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff as needed.
