Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking assertive, dynamic Corporate Care Officers to ensure partners and mutual clients are satisfied with MediCard services.

You will manage onboarding and post-sale activities to complete the sales cycle and drive renewal business. You will develop productive relationships with partners and intermediaries, identify upselling opportunities, coach teammates, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver agreed service levels.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and after-sales for accounts.
• Developing and maintaining productive relationships with partners/intermediaries via data-driven measures.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within partner/portfolio markets.
• Train, influence, inspire and lead Corporate Care Officers and associates through coaching.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, e.g., Operations.
• Execute initiatives aligned with division and Medicard strategies.
• Provide computation, recommendation and approval of rates and benefits for renewing accounts.
• Perform other tasks as required by Medicard management.
• Uphold 100% integrity in all tasks and engagements.
• Fully represent the Medicard brand in all tasks and engagements.

MediCardis currentlylooking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: Corporate Care Officers must ensure that partners/ intermediaries and mutual clients/accounts are satisfied/ delighted with the Company’s (Medicard) services at all times. This will in turn complete the sales cycle that brings in repeat/ renewal business. They also need to inform their Company of new contacts/partners and new sales & marketing opportunities that may arise from up-selling and cross-selling discussions with existing and newly- onboarded partners. Effectively managerenewalbusiness engagement with partners/ intermediaries by performingregularbusinessreviewsand touch point meetingsthataimsto help manage the account’s/ the portfolio’sMedicardhealth solutions(based on agreed KPIs).

• Is involved in theon- boarding andafter- salesof the accounts;
• Developing andmaintainingproductive relationships with partners/ intermediaries anchored on data and metrics/ measures’ results;
• Understanding the partner/ intermediaries’ market and client portfolio thus being able to provide service levels agreed and being able toidentifyupselling and cross- selling/potential business opportunities; includes business and healthcare insights;
• Train, Influence, Inspire and Lead other CorporateCareOfficersand Associatesvia regular coaching and mentoring sessions apart from the operational requirements of daily activity management;
