Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) invites applications for a Custody Services Associate to provide operational support for day-to-day custody transactions and related activities. You will serve as a contact for institutional clients and Account Officers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of settlements.

Responsibilities include settlement of securities and cash, reconciliation across registries, and handling corporate actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably business-related or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High initiative with an innovative mindset.
• Computer literate with basic MS Office skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely settlement of securities and cash transactions.
• Support reconciliation across registries, depositories, custodians, and accounts.
• Monitor corporate actions, notify clients, and coordinate settlements.
• Prepare client reports and respond to inquiries; assist senior management.
