Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Custody Services Associate in Makati to support day-to-day custody operations for institutional clients and account officers.

The role focuses on timely settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, fund orders, tax documentation, and client reporting, with supervision from senior management. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, be detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably business-related or finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in settlement of securities and cash transactions, including lodgment and safekeeping of client assets.
• Support reconciliation of holdings across registries, depositories, custodians and settlements.
• Monitor corporate actions, notify clients, process instructions, and coordinate settlements.
• Assist with fund orders, tax documentation and reclaim services, and respond to client inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver client reports, certifications and statements, under Senior Management guidance.
