Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, or Internal Communications.
• Experience supporting engagement surveys, culture programs, or internal branding initiatives preferred.
• Exposure to retail, multi-site, or fast-growing organizations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the cascading of core values and cultural anchors across business units.
• Assist in executing the culture roadmap aligned with business milestones.
• Coordinate periodic culture audits and behavioral assessments.
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and key drivers.
• Translate EVP into internal communications and recognition initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership.
